This is a plumbing-focused evaluation for a home purchase. Smith & Sons checks the plumbing fixtures throughout the home, water pressure, water hardness, and the water heater for visible safety concerns and approximate age. A sewer camera evaluation is included.
What you get afterward
We give you a verbal rundown of what we found along with written findings, photos, sewer-camera video, and repair estimates when issues need pricing. The point is to leave you with useful information you can actually use during the purchase process.
Looking for leaks we can’t see
Static testing can also be performed when appropriate to check the plumbing system for leaks that may not be visible during the normal evaluation.

What this is—and what it isn’t
This is a private plumbing condition evaluation, not a municipal code inspection. We are looking for plumbing condition, visible concerns, system performance, and items that deserve repair or further diagnosis—not pretending one checklist can predict every future plumbing problem.
