Customer-provided fixtures
We prefer supplying fixtures and parts when practical because it gives us more control over quality and support, but we will install customer-provided fixtures. Smith & Sons does not warranty the customer-supplied part or fixture itself.
Repair warranty
Most repairs carry a 90-day Smith & Sons warranty; service-specific, manufacturer, and project terms may vary and should match the estimate/invoice.
